Information We Collect

  • Identifiers: mobile phone number, name (if provided), account/user ID.
  • Message Metadata: timestamps, delivery reports, opt-in/opt-out status, carrier and device information.
  • Message Content: messages you send to us and messages we send to you (e.g., voicemail alerts).
  • Technical Logs: API and diagnostic logs, IP address, error codes for reliability and security.

How We Use Information

  • To deliver the SMS alerts/notifications you have requested or authorized.
  • To monitor and improve deliverability, reliability, and performance of the Program.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use, and for security and compliance purposes.
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier/industry requirements (e.g., CTIA, TCPA, 10DLC).

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information (including your mobile number or SMS consent). We may share information only with:
  • Service Providers: messaging carriers and technical vendors who process/deliver messages on our behalf.
  • Legal/Compliance: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, consistent with this Policy.

Data Retention

We retain SMS-related data only as long as necessary to operate the Program and for legitimate business purposes, including security, auditing, and legal compliance. Message content and logs are typically retained for up to 12 months and then securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Choices & Rights

  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you messages. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you rejoin by texting START or UNSTOP.
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message.
  • Access/Correction/Deletion: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your SMS-related information by contacting us (see Contact).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has enrolled a mobile number, please contact us so we can remove it.

International Users

The Program is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the processing and transfer of your information in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated via SMS or email.
